Returns

Our goal at All Sewn Up is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction.
Please ensure that you order the correct sizes at the time of ordering as once any goods are personalised they cannot be returned.


What Can Be Returned:

You can return embroidered items that are faulty, damaged or if an error was made by All Sewn Up. If this is the case you must let us know within 7 days of delivery, if you fail to do this a replacement is not guaranteed.
The item(s) must be in its original packaging and condition, free from any marks (e.g. deodorant, make-up or fake tan) and odours (e.g. perfume or cigarette smoke).


What Cannot Be Returned:

Items are not accepted for return after 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Item(s) that are not in their original condition and packaging,
Items that have noticeable wear, (e.g. deodorant, make-up or fake tan) and odours (e.g. perfume or cigarette smoke).


Bespoke Personalisation:

We do not allow returns or refunds for bespoke personalised items with a mistake by the customer. Orders will have a proof emailed to them by All Sewn Up. Once you accept the proof and confirm to proceed with the order All Sewn Up are not liable, it is your responsibility to check your proof carefully.

Shipping Charges For Products Returned:

All shipping costs for returning products to All Sewn Up must be paid by the returnee, we do not reimburse shipping costs. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage of your parcel as we cannot be liable for any parcels lost in transit.
